step by step guide to improving fitness

There are many different ways of being able to lose weight,get fit and even shape your body to how you want it. Most people out there want to find the fastest way to do this.

More often than not this would involve you having to subscribe to various different training programmes or even in some cases taking slimming pills.

with my simple methods of training you dont need to do any of that. The easiest way of obtaining the best results for anything is by going back to basics. No need to go out running 4 or 5 times a week, no need to take any form of enhancement substances. All you need is the self motivation to do an hour a day of simple and training which can be done in your own bedroom.

Due to suffering a serious wrist injury and not having the full use of it now, i have not been able to carry on my training-this is why i would like to share my own methods with everyone else.
