step by step guide to improving fitness
There are many different ways of being able to lose weight,get fit and even shape your body to how you want it. Most people out there want to find the fastest way to do this.
More often than not this would involve you having to subscribe to various different training programmes or even in some cases taking slimming pills.
with my simple methods of training you dont need to do any of that. The easiest way of obtaining the best results for anything is by going back to basics. No need to go out running 4 or 5 times a week, no need to take any form of enhancement substances. All you need is the self motivation to do an hour a day of simple and training which can be done in your own bedroom.
Due to suffering a serious wrist injury and not having the full use of it now, i have not been able to carry on my training-this is why i would like to share my own methods with everyone else.

4. Back extensions - This is an exercise ball routine which focuses on your abdominal muscles. While facing down, place the ball just under your hips and lower torso. You can keep your knees straight or bent. Keep your hands crossed behind the head. Now slowly roll the ball forward. Start lifting your chest off the ball and raise the shoulders up until your body reaches a straight position. Do this a few times.
5. Morning sit-ups - They can vary in number and intensity depending on your level of fitness. Start with a few sit-ups daily, and then progressively increase the number to 20 a day, then 50 etc.

Easy Flat Stomach Exercise Routine
If you're anything like me, you have trouble getting rid of that last little bit of a pouch on your stomach. That's why I've compiled this list that will teach you a quick, and easy flat stomach exercise routine. The whole routine takes very little time, a moderate amount of effort, and some basic discipline. So without further procrastination (which I know we all love to do), here is a simple flat stomach exercise routine you can follow to get rid of that last little bit of belly fat.
First Step:
Ignore the fact that your belly has a bit of a pudge on it, and focus on what you do want your tummy to look like instead. The key here is to remove your mental power from concentrating on the belly fat, to focusing on how great your will look once it's gone. I recommend cutting out some pictures from a magazine of the stomach you want to have and hanging them around your home. This will be a constant reminder of what you want the end result to be. You would not believe how much faster this simple trick will get you to your goal!
Second Step:
Now that you are in the right mindset, it's time to get to work! The obvious two things to examine are diet and exercise. How many times have you heard that already? Ugh, I know. But here is a new twist on the old routine that will help your flat stomach exercise routine power up.
If you've hit a rut with your diet and exercise regiment, try tweaking your pattern. Make your body react! For instance, if you exercise Monday, Wednesday and Friday, try doing a double workout on Monday, taking two days off and then exercising Thursday and a double routine on Saturday. It will effectively trick your body into thinking you took extra time off, when in reality you doubled your efforts without pushing yourself too hard.
The same works for dieting and eating. Select different foods that fit under the same categories as the ones you are currently eating. For instance, if you exercise Monday, Wednesday and Friday, try doing a double workout on Monday, taking two days off and then exercising Thursday and a double routine on Saturday. It will effectively trick your body into thinking you took extra time off, when in reality you doubled your efforts without pushing yourself too hard.
The same works for dieting and eating. Select different foods that fit under the same categories as the ones you are currently eating. This will give your body the same types of fuel to breakdown but in a different form (and will let you experiment with trying new foods as well). Also, strive to eat 6 smaller meals during the day rather than 3 large ones. This will greatly boost your metabolism and could be all you need to burn that belly fat down to flat!

Here are a few easy six pack exercises that you can do from the comfort of your own home. Six pack exercises don't have to be complicated or require machines that cost hundreds of dollars. I find that the basic exercises the best ones. All you have to do is stick to them and keep your body fat low enough for those abs to show. So here are few simple six pack exercises that you can start with today.
Crunch: Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Place your hands behind your head. Using your abs, lift your head and upper torso. Keep your lower back on the floor. Once your shoulder blades are a couple of inches off the floor, pause and slowly return to the starting position. Repeat.
Clam: Another one of my favourite easy six pack exercises. Lie on your back and bend your knees and hips at right angles. Place your hands behind your head. Slowly lift your head and shoulders off the floor (like a crunch) but at the same time crunch your knees up towards your chest.
Reverse Curl: Lie flat on the ground have your hands either straight down your side or above your head. Bend your legs at the knees at a 90 degree angle so that your knees are over your hips. Now bring your knees to your chest by using your stomach muscles. Hold and return to the starting position. Repeat. Easy six pack exercises just don't get simpler and quicker to do than this.
These are very quick and easy six pack exercises that can be done in just 10 minutes workouts. Try and do these 2-3 times a week and make sure you stick to it. As I mentioned before you also need to consider your body fat level. Men generally need it at around 10% while women need it at around 15% in order for their abs to show.
I cannot emphasize the importance of implementing these easy six pack exercises into a daily cardio and healthy eating regimen. If you can do this you could have a six pack in as soon as a month (depending on your starting condition). Stay motivated and remember that the reason that most people don't have a six pack is that they aren't willing to go through what you are! lose weight and improve your fitness with exercise
Always having been into sports (mainly football) you may think that i would have no problem keeping fit and healthy. However, with my parents moving house 5 times when i was young, i constantly had to give up things i was already doing and try to start again somewhere else. This was easier said than done.
I found myself just resigned to watching sports on television rather than actually taking part in any. This usually meant i was sat there with either packets of crisps or bars of chocolate.
I did gain a bit of weight due to this and was consious of the fact i did appear to be overweight. I was doing the old trick of pulling your jumper down to cover my stomach.
It was then i realised i had to do something to start taking care of myself. My best friends work had started a five a side team which were playing in a leauge at the local sports center. I started watching them play and they eventually asked if i would like to play with them. This was the first step in getting my fitness back and losing weight.
After completeing three years at college i evetually found myself a girlfriend. Luckily for me i found out that her dad played football 3 times a week, so when i went to stay with her at weekends i went football with him. My exercising started from there really. I became a member of the local gym and was going 3 times a week.
Having got my fitness to a great level that i am happy with, i am maintaining it just through playing football 3 times a week. I no longer go to the gym and do still eat foods like pizza, chips and drink beers. I am not putting on anymore weight and my fitness is still staying at a great level.
It just goes to show that you don't need to go to the gym everyday in order to get fit. Even if you just went jogging for an hour 2 or 3 times a week you would see a vast improvement. A little bit of motivation and hard work in your spare time is all it takes. It also helps if you can find an activity that you like doing.
